A special Mandy Sour

Cocktail Vallein Tercinier VS

The RECIPE

  • 5cl of Vallein Tercinier V.S
  • 2cl of fresh lemon juice
  • 2cl of mandarian juice
  • 2cl of orgeat syrup
  • 1 egg
  • Press a 1/2 lemon to obtain 3cl of lemon juice
  • Clarify the egg to keep only the white
  • Put the lemon juice, the mandarian syrup, the orgeat syrup, the egg white and (of course !) the cognac into the shaker
  • Give it a first shake without the ice to get a perfect emulsion
  • Add the ice and give a second shake
  • Put some ice into a proper cocktail glass
  • Double strain it while pouring it into your glass
  • Let 2 lemon slices on the surface of the cocktail
  • And here it is : your alternate version of the Mandy Sour !
